Resumption of Payments

After Customer Assistance Program (CAP)

Dear Valued Clients,

We sincerely appreciate your participation in our Customer Assistance Program (CAP), which was introduced to support our clients who were impacted by Hurricane Beryl. The program ended on August 31, 2024. We are reminding you that with the conclusion of the program and the upcoming expiry of the deferral period, your regular monthly loan payments will resume.

The date of resumption of your monthly payments will be dependent on the date you opted into the CAP. Please review the table below that explains the deferral period and also determines when your payments are due to restart:

We appreciate your continued support and trust in Scotiabank. Your business is important to us.
