As Jamaica navigates the challenges caused by Hurricane Melissa, Scotia Group extends our heartfelt sympathies to those negatively affected by the storm. We remain committed to standing with our communities as recovery efforts continue.

The storm caused significant damage to some of our branch locations, ATM infrastructure and point of sale network. Additionally, disruptions to electricity and telecommunications have affected our ability to resume full operations.

The following branches will be open as of Wednesday, November 5, 2025 from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. with some limitations to services.
