Your Identification: Minimum of one valid form:
- Photo ID - Passport OR Driver’s License OR Current Voter’s Identification Card OR Signed Employer Identity Card/ Valid Worker’s Identification from a known employer (bearing worker’s signature and authorized employer’s signature).
Your Proof of Address:
- Current utility bill (excluding mobile) OR Bank Statement OR National ID from relevant government authority with address
Your Proof of Income / Occupation:
- Job Letter OR Pay Slip – most recent (Last 2 months).
- Self-Employed – Proof of income generation in the business name e.g. Bank Statements, Receipt Books, Contracts
