These were among the key points which stood out to women who were in the audience on September 17, 2025 at the first SWI forum to be held in the parish of St. Ann.

We reflected on “Wealth, Legacy & Leadership: Mastering Yourself to Build a Secure Future,” led by Kerry-Ann Chong, Director Sales & Channel Delivery; Oral Heaven, Head of Wealth, Scotia Private Banking Services and Assistant Commissioner Julian Davis-Buckle, the highest-ranking woman in the Jamaica Fire Brigade.

As the Scotiabank Women Initiative helps women succeed on their terms through bespoke specialised education, he speakers focused on a practical and mental framework for intentionally shaping the future.
