Sign up today for Scotia OnLine banking so you can access all the banking information you need at any time including monthly eStatements and up to 24 months of your transaction history.
eStatements are also more secure than having statements mailed. Your Scotia OnLine account is confidential and secured by your unique login credentials so your statements can only be accessed by you.
Scotia Online and Scotia Mobile App
In order to access your statements online, you will need to login to Scotia OnLine Banking. If you have not yet registered for Scotia OnLine Banking, you can do this by visiting jm.scotiabank.com, and following the instructions to 'RegisterNow'.
The Scotia Caribbean Mobile App also enables you to access your statements, set up bill payments and more. Once you have downloaded the App, you can sign in with the same card number and username for Scotia OnLine Banking. Scotia OnLine Banking and the Scotia Caribbean Mobile App also offer a simple, convenient and safe way to bank from home or on the go.

If you do not have access to online banking, our Automated Telephone Banking Service - TeleScotia is also available to access your account information and pay your bills 24 hours aday, 7 days a week. Simply call 888-4-SCOTIA (888-472-6842).
