Important Updates on Banking Services

April 9, 2020: Scotiabank has made adjustments to service offerings and transaction times due to the island wide curfew implemented as a containment measure in the fight against COVID-19. These changes will impact deadlines and service availability across various channels and we are asking customers to take note of the new transaction deadlines and changes to services which are outlined below.

Contact Centre

We have adjusted operating hours in our contact centre with limited service being offered over the Easter weekend due to the extended curfew times. Please see the schedule below which outlines the times during which our usual full suite of services will be available. Outside of those hours, we will only be able to facilitate calls for online or mobile banking support and lost or stolen cards.
